Applied AI & Digital

AI that solves one real problem first

Most plants do not need a big AI program. They need one use case that saves time or prevents a failure, done well, with their own people involved. That is where we start.

Solutions

What we can build with you

Start here

Digital readiness assessment

A short, structured review of your systems, data and people. Your own team does the self-assessment with us, so the findings are theirs. You get a ranked list of use cases and a realistic roadmap.

Generative AI

AI assistants for operations and maintenance

An assistant that knows your manuals, procedures and past incident reports. Engineers ask in plain language and get answers with the source page. It can also draft shift logs, work orders and maintenance reports.

IIoT

Condition monitoring and predictive maintenance

Sensors and data collection on critical rotating equipment, drives and transformers, with alerts before a failure. Built on our experience in vibration analysis and drive repair.

Modelling

Digital twin and simulation

Models of a process, drive or power system to test changes safely, tune control loops and train operators. We use MATLAB/Simulink and circuit simulation tools.

Optimization

Energy management and process optimization

Use the data you already have to find energy losses and unstable operation. We have trained cement plants on digital energy management since 2019.

Architecture

Smart factory architecture

Plan how DCS, PLC, SCADA, historians and business systems connect, so each new digital project fits into one picture instead of becoming another island.

Our approach

Small pilot, clear measure, your team inside

Assess

Two to four weeks with your engineers. Pick one use case with a number attached: hours saved, trips avoided, energy cut.

Pilot

Build it on a small scope. Your people work on it with us from day one.

Measure

Compare against the number you picked. If it does not pay, we stop there.

Scale & train

Roll out, then train your team to run and improve it without us.

Readiness assessment

A clear first step, with a clear output

Two to four weeks, on site and online, together with your engineers and at least one manager who owns the result. No software to buy.

  • Interviews and site walk in operations, maintenance and energy management
  • Self-assessment workshop where your team scores its own systems, data and skills, using a structured model such as the Smart Industry Readiness Index (SIRI)
  • Data check of what your DCS, SCADA, historian and maintenance records can already support
What you receive
  • A short report in Vietnamese or English
  • A ranked list of 3 to 5 use cases, each with the expected benefit and the data it needs
  • One recommended pilot with scope, success measure, team and budget range
  • A training plan so your people can run and improve the result

Why us for AI

We know the plant side

AI projects in plants often fail because the software team does not understand the process, and the plant team does not trust the tool. We have spent years inside control rooms, switchyards and turbine halls. We speak both languages.

  • Hands-on background in DCS, PLC, SCADA, drives and power systems
  • Industry 4.0 and digitalization programs for cement and power since 2019
  • Coordinator experience at a national Industry 4.0 summit (2019)
  • A training arm that makes sure your people can own the result
  • Speaker on digital transformation strategy for smart manufacturing at Automation World Vietnam 2026
  • We use AI in our own daily work: our proposals, budgets and documents are drafted and cross-checked by tools we built

Not sure where AI fits in your plant?

Start with a readiness assessment. It is short, and it tells you where to spend and where not to.
